From 16-19 May 2023, in the framework of the 65th International Fair of Techniques and Technical Achievements in Serbia, the UB OPEN HOUSE activity of the international HERSUS project took place.
The 65th International Fair of Techniques and Technological Achievements is a prestigious event that gathers leading experts, innovators and technology enthusiasts from all over the world. The Republic of Serbia has its performance within this fair in Hall 2B of the Belgrade Fair with the support of the Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovation, and the Center for the Promotion of Science in Serbia, and the performance is entitled “Play for Humanity! Science for All”. The fair is dedicated to the latest achievements in the field of technology, science and innovation, providing visitors with a unique opportunity to explore the latest trends and get acquainted with the most innovative solutions from various industries, to engage in inspiring discussions and establish new contacts. In this sense, Fair represents unique arena for the HERSUS Open House in Belgrade with idea to attract different target groups and to spread the word about initiative.
The Open House was organized in a form of exhibition which consists of seven thematic units:
- HERSUS General Background – HERSUS on European map and Timeline of Intellectual Outputs,
- HERSUS Sharing Platform,
- HERSUS Questionnaire – Expert Questionnaire results across the Europe,
- HERSUS Prize winners,
- HERSUS Workshops results,
- HERSUS Vademecum, and
- HERSUS in numbers across the world.
The exhibition was supported with the series of physical models developed within master academic studies at University of Belgrade – Faculty of Architecture in order to introduce audience with teaching approaches and practices within HERSUS scope.
